We build scheduling software for factories that were told they are too small for APS
makespan.online started with a simple observation: enterprise APS suites cost more than a CNC machine, while the factories that need scheduling most are still planning in a spreadsheet.
Our team combines operations research and industrial software engineering. We spent years modelling job shop and flexible job shop problems, and we packaged that engine into something a planner can use on a Monday morning without a consultant.
The platform is deliberately narrow. We do not sell an ERP, an MES or a maintenance module. We do one thing: turn your routings, machines and constraints into a feasible sequence that finishes as early as possible.
Everything runs in the browser, in EU data centers, on data you export from the system you already own.
