2. What we collect
From the access form: full name, business email, company name, plant size, industry and current planning workflow. From the application: account data and the production files you upload.
3. Why we process it
To activate and support your account, to send the onboarding email you requested, and to improve the product. The legal basis is contract performance and our legitimate interest in contacting business prospects.
4. Retention
Lead data is kept for 24 months from the last contact. Production files are deleted within 30 days of account closure.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, at any time by writing to privacy@makespan.online.
6. Processors
We use EU-based cloud hosting and an email delivery provider. No personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.
