1. Scope
These terms govern access to the makespan.online web dashboard, the solver API and any related documentation or sandbox environment operated by makespan.online.

2. Beta service
During the public beta the service is provided free of charge and without a uptime commitment. Beta features may change or be withdrawn with reasonable notice.
3. Customer data
You retain all rights to the production data you upload. We process it solely to compute schedules and to operate the service, and we never use customer production data to train third-party models.
4. Acceptable use
You may not resell solver capacity, attempt to reverse engineer the optimization engine, or use the service to build a competing scheduling engine.
5. Liability
Schedules produced by the solver are decision support. Responsibility for production decisions, safety and compliance remains with you. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law, with jurisdiction in the competent court for the registered seat of makespan.online.
